TVC Leisure is an independent family run business, and a leading fruit machine supplier and gaming machine supplier in Hertfordshire.
During lockdown in March this year we were approached by a landlord in Harpenden Hertfordshire and instructed to supply him with gaming and amusement machines.
The landlord had previously been supplied by a family run business who he had always had a good relationship with and received good service, unfortunately that business was recently sold to a much larger company who are not able to meet the same standards.
The landlord complained that he could never get hold of anyone and it was taking days to respond to service calls instead of hours. They would turn up unannounced to empty and remove machines, and also tried to charge him rent for the equipment during lockdown when his business was closed.
