TVC Leisure is family owned and family run business and a leading fruit machine supplier and gaming machine supplier to pubs and social clubs in Hampshire, recently we were instructed to supply a full range of gaming and amusement machines to a social club in Winchester.
The social club had previously been supplied by a national company and had become unhappy with the equipment they were being supplied and the poor level of service they were receiving.
The committee explained how since returning from Covid their regular fortnightly collection was now being completed at random every 4/6 weeks, machines were out of order and not being attended to for days, and their request to have a machine change had been ignored.
